E-first Surveyors has moved its head office from Milverton Villas in Solihull to Priest house on the High Street in Knowle, Solihull in order to accommodate the growth of the company.

After seven months of careful planning, E-first has expanded exponentially and positioned itself as a leading energy solutions supplier providing EPC's both commercial and Domestic along with Air conditioning reports, Lease Plans, Condition Reports, display energy certificates and most recently full building energy consultations.

This expansion has allowed the company to complete a wide variety of surveys and in almost all cases, next day turnaround times. In addition, by keeping over heads low and working direct with the client we are able to compete with all providers whilst remaining customer focused, efficient and effective.
