Accreditation

All surveyors working for E-First Surveyors are fully accredited with Stroma, market leader as a accreditation body.  We work through Stroma in order to provide quality of service to our clients.  Their accreditation scheme allows fast and efficient lodgement of all surveys, therefore improving turn around times - key when time is a factor for any report.

Stroma is approved by the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG) to train, certify and manage energy assessors, Code for Sustainable Homes assessors and air-conditioning inspectors. Stroma are also approved by the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) to train domestic air tightness testers.

Above and beyond, Stroma allow E-First Surveyors to complete a comprehensive Continuous Personal Improvement (CPD) programme.  This service allows E-First Surveyors to keep firmly on top of developments and to attend live events, ensuring all assessors are 100% up to date with industry developments.
